Phillip "Randy" Carson - Managing Partner / Owner
(Randy) Carson attended the University
of Cincinnati with an associate degree in Police Administration and attended
Xavier University undergraduate courses in Finance and Stock Market
Analysis. Randy having 30 years experience in financial services and lending
began his career in 1974 as Founder and President of Clermont Insurance and
Financial Services. In 1993 Mr. Carson founded Midwest National Mortgage
Banc where his company was nationally rated in size in the top 100 mortgage
banks in the U.S. (privately owned).
From 1973-1998 Randy was active in Ohio
Republican politics in several capacities. He was elected to public office
twice and served eight years as an elected official. Randy was a statewide
delegate to the Ohio Republican Party and served as Finance Chairman of his
county. He was the youngest ever in Ohio to be appointed to Chairman of the
Board of Elections. Randy worked and managed in two congressional district
positions for Ronald Reagan and James A. Rhodes, Governor of Ohio. Randy
worked throughout Ohio for Senator Robert A Taft’s re-election to the U.S.
Senate. In 1999 Randy served in an official position for Governor Robert A.
Taft ll, as a small group of statewide host committee members and served as
one of his chief fund raisers. Randy was nominated to President Gerald
Ford’s National Education Committee in 1974, and was invited to the White
House on two occasions. In addition, Randy was elected as a life member of
the national registry of Who’s Who in Business in 1999.

lending and banking conduits,
emphasis on land development, debt/equity projects, public financing &
alternative energy worldwide.
Since 2004 Phillip has
added various national and international money conduits from global banks,
hedge funds, insurance institutions and private equity firms. The top 10
firms that provide joint ventures, commercial lending, and trade financing
will do transactions amounts from 10 Million USD and upwards of two billion
on a single deal over the required time, public or private.
